Part of our core range, the new-age Evening Light Gin was inspired by sun-kissed afternoons and balmy evenings, and is packed full of the refreshing flavours of Australian mango, raspberries and white grapefruit juice.

Whilst developing the Evening Light Gin Brogan wanted to make a unique gin that would be delicate, fruity and approachable – something that those new to gin would appreciate and gin connoisseurs will love. Evening Light Gin really shines through in fruitier cocktails, making it great for the warmer months.

A lighter style gin that’s delicate in flavour, Evening Light Gin has a gentle piney juniper and dry coriander seed base lifted by the fresh fruits. In addition, it boasts delicate floral flavours of red rose petals and lavender, which are warmed by cassia bark. Australian native botanicals of strawberry gum, lilli pilli and river-mint give this gin a gentle, sweet, berry-like element that is deliciously refreshing.

Evening Light Gin is superb in a sunset G&T, perfect in a refreshing fruit cocktail or easy to drink with soda water.
