Our new food menu!

Lots has been happening this year and we are here for it! Doors reopened, restrictions eased before disappearing and we added a list of exciting events, we sure have been busy! Our most recent endeavour was to broaden our food menu with more delicious bar snacks that perfectly pair with our gins. Introducing our new Food Menu!

Let’s start at the very beginning! We introduced our traditional and vegetarian Flammekeuche in March of this year and our talented team have added another tasty version to the menu. Featuring simple but super ingredients! Channelling a crowd pleaser, garlic bread but better, taking a traditional white flat bread base, adding a dash of fresh rosemary, sprinklings of fresh crushed garlic and a good helping of mixed cheese, grilled in a piping hot oven, and delivered to your table perfectly crispy and delicious. We have kept the ever popular mainstays of Phillippa’s crusty sourdough breads, Bill’s Farm hummus and smoked eggplant dips, speciality cheeses from local supplier Meribel and scrumptious Toolunka Olives of course. Our share boards are still available to pre-order for function bookings and feature a wide variety of seasonal produce, details available on request.

To round out the menu we have added a host of other devour-able snacks! Serving up sliced chorizo, tossed in balsamic and red wine vinegar served piping hot and glistening from the oven. Salty and spicy bites pair perfectly with our many vibrant gin cocktails, adding assorted gourmet crisps from Proper Crisps, Spanish style blanched pan-fried almonds and a new favourite, spicy Banderillos – a delicious skewered bar snack involving a dill pickle, green olive, red pepper, jalapeño chilli topped with a cocktail onion. Finally, we have tins of mouth-watering premium smoked mussels in oil served with a side of toasted Phillippa’s bakery sourdough!

Bar snacks don’t get much better than this! Order some or try them all, pair with a gin cocktail or perhaps a guided gin tasting. Choose your own adventure from Thursday through to Sunday at Brogan’s Way Distillery.
