A very special Limited Edition Old Tom style Gin inspired by the favourite flavours of our Still’s namesake, Brogan’s mother, Gilly! Made in celebration of all mums with a unique blend of sweet pine, strawberry gum, native pepper berries, fresh lime, pink grapefruit peel, fragrant rose and lavender. Every ingredient has a purpose - to make the moment more memorable. The way it should be.

Tasting Notes

A fresh and bright citrus driven gin with a subtle sweetness. The bright and complex sweet zesty lime and pink grapefruit citrus flavours are supported by delicate floral notes. Delicate strawberry gum flavours are balanced against gentle warming native pepper berries and soft piney juniper shining through.

Superb in a G&T, terrific in fruity cocktails and easy to drink with soda water.
