A very special Limited Edition Old Tom style Gin inspired by the favourite flavours of our Still’s namesake, Brogan’s mother, Gilly! Made in celebration of all mums with a unique blend of sweet pine, strawberry gum, native pepper berries, fresh lime, pink grapefruit peel, fragrant rose and lavender. Tasting Notes

A fresh and bright citrus driven, rosey old tom. The bright and complex sweet zesty lime and pink grapefruit citrus flavours are supported by delicate floral notes. Subtle strawberry gum flavours are balanced against gentle warming native pepper berries and soft piney juniper shining through.

Superb in a G&T, terrific in fruity cocktails and easy to drink with soda water.
