Tasting Notes

A fresh and bright citrus driven gin with a subtle sweetness. The bright and complex sweet zesty lime and pink grapefruit citrus flavours are supported by delicate floral notes. Delicate strawberry gum flavours are balanced against gentle warming native pepper berries and soft piney juniper shining through.

Superb in a G&T, terrific in fruity cocktails and easy to drink with soda water.
