Part of our core gin range, gifting Hearts Afire is like giving someone you love a deep embrace. A modern dry gin, we designed this drop to warm the soul with a perfect balance of nutmeg, cloves and aniseed myrtle, blended beautifully with sweet orange peel, lilli-pilli and cassia.

Warming and spice-driven, this gin boasts a unique balance of savoury Australian native botanicals and aromatic winter spices. The sweetness of the orange peel, native strawberry gum and macerated lilli-pilli offers a gentle yet full bodied sweet backbone, which is perfectly balanced by the fragrant spicy notes of aniseed myrtle, cloves, nutmeg and cassia.

We must warn you – hot green cardamom and black peppercorn give this gin a kick and are carried through in the long nutty and coffee-like finish from the native roasted wattleseed.

The delicious Hearts Afire Gin is perfect in a pre-dinner spicy negroni, date-night-in tipple, or even better in a strong G&T, garnished with a twist of orange.
