We understand that given the current situation around the world you might be feeling uneasy. Therefore, it is our number one priority to look after the health & wellbeing of our customers, suppliers, partners and staff.

Our Richmond Bar & Distillery is currently operating per normal opening days & times but we have put in place every precaution to ensure the safety of our customers & staff.

From today –

• Our venue will be limiting capacity to 85 people.
• We will now be CASHLESS and only accepting ETFPOS payments at our venue.
• Our staff will be practising social distancing as per the Australian Government Department of Health.
• We have removed communal tables and will be seating you at a safe distance from other patrons.
• Where possible doors will be propped open to avoid touching the door handles.
• Extra hygiene and sanitisation practices; we will be regularly cleaning all touch-points from the tables & chairs, menus, bar tops & ordering points to the EFTPOS machines.
• In the kitchen and behind the bar, we are taking ever precaution to ensure that these practises are in place as well.
• We ask our suppliers and partners to contact us virtually if possible, otherwise all face-to-face meetings will be limited to less than an hour.

However we do ask that if you feel unwell, have just arrived from overseas or if you or someone you have been in contact with have been diagnosed with COVID-19 that you stay at home.

We’ll try keep life as normal for you by offering free shipping on all orders made via our website. Simply use the code: FREESHIPPING at check out and Australia Post will deliver your bottle directly to your door. This will help eliminate unnecessary human contact and minimise the spread of unwanted germs.
