Rules & Conditions

We are very excited to be hosting this series of events for you and your team.

Now that you have booked a table you can review the rules and conditions below to help you plan your winning strategies in advance.

Forming A Team:
On your first visit, you will register a team name (must be SFW) and a team leader (with contact details) which we'll enter onto the Leader Board to help you track your progress.
Teams must be 2 or more players all 18+ years of age.

Games:
We have a modest selection of classic games at the distillery, however we also recommend you bring your own to ensure you can play your favourite games.

Please note BYO games must not disturb the overall atmosphere of the venue i.e. no load noises, no overtly explicit content, no risk of causing damage to the venue and people or causing offence to other patrons or venue staff.

Play:
Teams sign in at the bar when play begins and sign out in order to earn points.
Teams need to make a reasonable attempt to play games through the duration of their playing session, Brogan's Way staff will monitor team play.

Time points (see below) are earned from when your group is seated and playing your games until your table leaves.

Earning Points:
Teams earn one (1) "time point" towards both the session raffle and monthly grand prize for every 30 minutes their team plays.

Time is recorded to the minute of each session but will be tallied and then rounded down to the nearest 30 minutes at the end of the month.

"Time points" may only be earned during the official opening times for the distillery (5pm to 10pm on Thursdays & 1pm to 7pm on Sundays).

200ml bottles of your choosing (from available stock) for all team members

Grand Prize:-
A bespoke cocktail & spirits masterclass for your whole team FOC!

Winning & Redeeming Prizes:
Session Rounds: The top team with the most points at the end of each session will win the session prize. There will also be other spot prizes. A tiebreaker may be required and will be at the venue mangers discretion.

Grand Prize Raffle: A raffle will be held at the end of the month and three winners will be drawn to win one of the major monthly prizes.

The team with the most "time points" across the month will win the Grand Prize. In the event a tiebreaker is required, it will be at the discretion of the venue manager.

Team leaders will be contacted should their team win any of the prizes, which they can arrange to redeem at their next or future visits to the distillery bar.

There will be a running leaderboard on display in the venue, to see how your team is tracking.

Other Conditions:

Bottomless Drinks package terms:

No double parking, orders are only accepted once the current drink is finished. Service may be refused as required by RSA to anyone who appears intoxicated. RSA always applies.

This is a seated event. Every attempt will be made to seat booking groups together. Some table sharing may be required.

Brogan's Way aims to be a safe and inclusive space, for all to feel welcome. Hateful or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated.

By booking your table, you and any of your guests agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the event organiser and venue.
