The perfect gin and tonic is all about knowing your ratios, how much gin to use to how much tonic – typical G&T is either a 3:1 ratio or a 2:1 ratio of tonic water to gin.
This recipe works best as 30mL Everyday Salvation Gin to 90mL Capi Native tonic, served in a tall glass with loads of ice and garnished with a lemon wedge or two.
