A classic gin cocktail known the world over. While there are many variations of this incredible cocktail we must pay homage this Negroni Week (Sept 13-19, 2021) to the classic concoction of equal parts of three key ingredients.

What you’ll need

• Old fashioned rocks glass
• 30mL Everyday Salvation
• 30mL Campari
• 30mL Sweet Vermouth, like that of our friends at Maidenii
• Orange peel or wedge

Our way

1. Add ingredients to a mixing glass
2. Add ice and stir down
3. Strain into a glass, add ice if preferred
4. Add garnish of orange peel or wedge
