Distillery Tour
Gain a closer look at our custom-built copper pot still in this 25 minute behind the scenes tour. The tour starts with a brief history of us, followed by an explanation of our process as we guide you through our way of distilling.
Available Fridays between 5:30 and 6:30pm.
Cocktail Making Class
Immerse yourself in the world of cocktail creation with us.
Learn to mix, muddle, stir and shake classic cocktails under the expert eye of our in house “trainers”. They will demonstrate the techniques of their trade before coaching you along the way as you re-create the recipes.
Then sit back, indulge in your creations and enjoy the vibe. The class includes two classic cocktails and some tasty bar snacks.

Spirits Masterclass
Our spirits masterclass takes you on an in depth sensory journey into the characteristics, aromas and tastes of our gins or vodkas. In this class you will learn what makes Brogan’s spirits so unique; how and she developed the recipes, the botanicals she has selected before rounding off a class with a short chat about pairing garnishes and mixers.
Masterclasses are $52 per person and are available to book most Friday, Saturdays and Sundays, however as working distillery, sessions are scheduled around our distillery events. Please click on the button below to check available dates and make a booking.

Gin Making Workshop
During this two and a half hour session, we will guide you through Brogan’s approach to developing new gins, how the botanicals are selected and the gin making process before you assist in distilling a “micro” batch of gin on one of Brogan’s bench top stills. As the distillation gets underway you will taste all of our gins with some of our tasty bar snacks from our food menu.
Following the workshop Brogan will hand bottle your unique gin and send you the 500mL bottle in the post. Class sizes are kept small, and dates are limited so early bookings are encouraged.

Functions bookings
Why not impress by holding your next function at our distillery with our impressive custom built copper pot still framed behind the bar. Whether it’s a cocktail party, birthday, engagement, wedding, ladies day out, corporate or other the main floor can cater up to 70 guests for sit down dining and up to 121 for a cocktail style function.
There are several catering options on offer, as well as options to add on a customised tasting or tour to complete the experience.
