The idea for this seasonal release came about for Brogan during the quiet of the 2021 lockdowns. Whilst experimenting, running trails and looking for fruit suppliers a close friend put Brogan in touch with Bidgee Strawberries and Cream. A family-owned strawberry farm that could provide Brogan with the fruit she had been seeking. All it took was one taste of their fresh produce and she knew that her vision to create a Strawberries & Cream Gin could become a reality!
Brogan’s concept for a Strawberries & Cream Gin was to take the fresh and vibrant nature of strawberries and balance them against the zesty, spicy notes of juniper. Adding in the element of cream added a rich and textural quality creating a gin that is true to its name. Fresh and bright yet rich and creamy this Gin makes for the perfect G&T. Simply pair it with your favourite tonic and garnish with some fresh strawberries for a sweet and refreshing drop.
This product was officially launch on Mother’s Day Sunday the 8th of May, 2022 at our Gin & High Tea event. We will be exhibiting this product for tastings and purchase at the upcoming Good Food & Wine Show in Melbourne from the 3rd to the 5thof June at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition centre.
