Simon’s Gibson

Simon’s favourite way to enjoy our smooth as silk Royal Blood Gin is at home in a cocktail aptly named; Simon’s Gibson.

What you will need

• Martini glass
• 60mL Royal Blood Gin
• 2 Cocktail Onions

Our Way

1. Add the gin to a mixing glass
2. Pop in some cubes of ice
3. Stir gently until very cold
4. Using a julep strainer, strain into a Martini glass
5. Garnish with 2 or more cocktail onions
