Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel within seven days of your contract with us, or seven days of receipt of goods (whichever is the longer). If you cancel an order before it has been dispatched, your payment for products will be fully returned/refunded. If you would like to return goods please contact us to let us know the goods are being returned and send them to Brogan’s Way Distillery, 61 North Street, Richmond, VIC 3121, Australia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Should the product be faulty or defective on arrival we will offer you, full replacement or full refund including postage (applies to sales item products as well).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (five to ten business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (three to five business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (five to ten business days).

We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
