Rosey Gimlet

A fresh citrus celebration for all mums using our limited release old tom style Mother’s Way Gin in our Rosey Gimlet.

What you will need

• Coupe glass
• 45mL Mothers Way Gin
• 20mL Pink Grapefruit juice
• 10mL Orange Curacao, like the one from our friends at Marionette Liqueur
• 10mL sugar syrup
• 5mL saline solution
• 4 drops of Wonderfoam, available from The Bitters Lab
• Rose Petals

Our Way

1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
2. Add a scoop of ice and shake vigorously
3. Double strain into your glass
4. Garnish with rose petals
