What you will need
- 30mL Mandopow Mandarincello
- 10mL Brogan’s Way Evening Light Gin
- 30mL Lemon syrup
- 3 drops of Wonderfoam, can be found at The Bitters Lab
- Orange or Lemon Peel
Our way
- Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake
- Add ice and shake again
- Double strain into your glass of choice
- Top with fresh ice and chosen peel garnish
