Mando Sour

With our punchy Mandopow mandarin liqueur why not try the silky-smooth stylings of our Mando Sour.

What you will need

• 30mL Mandopow Mandarincello
• 10mL Brogan’s Way Evening Light Gin
• 30mL Lemon syrup
• 3 drops of Wonderfoam, can be found at The Bitters Lab
• Orange or Lemon Peel

Our way

1. Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake
2. Add ice and shake again
3. Double strain into your glass of choice
4. Top with fresh ice and chosen peel garnish
