Hibiscus Fizz

Craving a smooth, refreshing yet thirst-quenching cocktail? Try our celebration of citrus with our Hibiscus Fizz cocktail using our limited edition Mother’s Way Gin.

What you will need

• Collins glass
• 45mL Mother’s Way Gin
• 20mL Lime juice
• 10mL Lemon juice
• 15mL Sugar syrup
• 3 drops of Wonderfoam, a vegan friendly option from our friends at The Bitters Lab
• 3 drops Rose & Hibiscus bitters, also available at The Bitters Lab
• CAPI Soda water
• Wedge of lime

Our way

1. Add ingredients except soda water to a cocktail shaker and dry shake
2. Add ice and shake again
3. Double strain into your glass
4. Top with fresh ice and soda water
5. Garnish with a wedge of lime!
