Immerse yourselves into a world of gin cocktail creation, a perfect way to start your next outing. We offer a range of laughter filled cocktail making classes lasting from 60 to 90 minutes of pure fun.
Learn to mix, muddle, stir, shake and drink classic gin cocktails under the expert eye of our in house “trainers”. First, they demonstrate the various techniques of their trade before coaching you as you try out each of the recipes.

Tours are run weekly on Friday* evenings between 530pm and 630pm subject to availability. The 25 minute behind the scenes tour starts with a brief history of Brogan’s Way followed by a step by step explaination of our process as we guide you through our way of distilling.
The tours will run on the half hour so bookings are essential.

Our spirits masterclass takes you on an in depth sensory journey into the characteristics, aromas and tastes of our gins or vodkas. You will learn what makes Brogan’s spirits so unique; how and she developed the recipes, the botanicals she has selected before rounding off a class with a short chat about pairing garnishes and mixers.
Masterclasses are available to book most Friday, Saturdays and Sundays, however as working distillery, sessions are scheduled around our distillery events. Please click on the button below to check available dates and make a booking.

Discover small scale gin making and distill a unique gin live. During this two and a half hour session, we will guide you through Brogan’s approach to developing new gins, how the botanicals are selected and the gin making process before you get to do it yourselves distilling a “micro” batch of gin on one of Brogan’s own bench top stills.
As the distillation gets underway you will taste the all the gins we produce whilst keeping your strength up with some tasty snacks from our bar.
Following the workshop Brogan will hand bottle the “unique gin” and send you a 500ml bottle in the post.
Class sizes are kept small to maximise the experience for attendees so early bookings are encouraged. Dates are limited so bookings are essential.
